An accomplished business and financial consultant with more than 30 years of professional accounting experience, Marla DiCarlo is the Co-owner of BizNavigators. As the co-founder and prior CEO and co-owner of Raincatcher, who was named by Inc. Magazine as  #1 Business Broker, Best Workplace in 2020, and #376 on Inc. 5000 List in 2021, Marla is a leader in her industry and within the small business community.


Born into a family of entrepreneurs, Marla’s experience spans many different facets of business, including accounting, Fractional CFO, M&A, finance, and management. The Denver Business Journal awarded her 50 out of 100 Top Women-Owned Businesses. She is an accomplished thought leader for small business associations, such as Inc., SCORE, SBDC, SBA, and others.


From 2000 to 2008, Marla worked as Director of Accounting for an M&A and investment group that specialized in purchasing, capitalizing, and managing real estate and businesses in various sectors. While there, she was responsible for new business deals, investments, and financing. She has worked with groups like Credit Suisse First Boston, ISS Group, Venture West Group, and Madison Dearborn Partners. In 2009, Marla started a fractional CFO, accounting and bookkeeping company which she eventually sold to a private equity group in 2016.


Marla has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a member of several professional organizations. Originally from Arizona, she currently lives in Colorado with her family.

As an experienced small business owner with a demonstrated history of working in the sales and public policy industries, Dave understands what it takes to build a successful business. Skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, negotiation, Microsoft Word, grassroots organizing, and government, Dave can find a win-win when negotiating tough conversations. He is a strong professional versed in many business models and modes.


Dave spent the majority of his career in the wireless industry. He owned and operated two stores in Arizona and eventually moved into a sales manager role with Quest and AT&T.  He was awarded President and Gold top producer at both companies, as top regional and national sales manager. Dave has formal training in leading teams, sales, and customer service. 


Dave left corporate life to pursue his passion in politics, holding titles such as Vice-Chair, and District Captain and working for groups such as Americans for Prosperity. Dave has received training helping him to communicate well, perform research, analyze matters, and diplomacy.


Dave attended Arizona State University for an advanced degree in Political Science. Originally from Chicago, he currently lives in Colorado with his family.

Adam has a keen understanding of the needs of both business Buyers and Sellers, including the importance of confidentiality and protecting key employee and client relationships. 


Since 2017, Adam has worked on successful transactions for businesses. Prior to becoming a business broker, Adam helped many business owners optimize their online presence using his vast knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO). This technical knowledge and ability to market businesses online gives Adam an added edge as a Business Broker and an asset to his clients. 


Adam earned his Bachelor’s in Business Information Systems from California State University Northridge. He is committed to using his unique experience in business and technology to help business owners maximize their businesses' sales value.
